Marquee Hire Price Guide 2022
Depending upon the size of the Marquee you desire, we have created a hiring guide price. Our prices do not include additional delivery costs or the optional damage waiver payment. We usually pitch on Thursdays and Fridays and take down on Mondays or Tuesdays. The hire costs mentioned below are for 1-3 days. Longer stays are available upon request.
We can gladly supply you with a completely itemised estimate at no cost. Ideally, we would like to do a site visit so we can discuss your full requirements with you and offer advice if necessary.
However, if you want to figure out what size Marquee you should have? Begin by determining how many people you intend to invite. When sitting at circular tables, we recommend 1-1.5 square metres per person for a wedding or party. We propose 0.5 square metres per person for a buffet/cocktail type celebration. Please keep in mind that if you desire a dance floor, the size of the Marquee will rise unless you wish to place tables on top of the floor and then remove them afterwards.
Traditional Pole Marquee
These marquees require 2m of extra space on each side of the tent. You can customise the marquee on each side with open or closed sections.
